SNAP customers who choose to participate in the program will meet one-on-one with a Career Coach who will assess their skills, interests, and goals. Our career coaches learn what their desired employment outcomes are and touch on any challenges that get in their way. Then, a customized Opportunity Plan will be developed to specifically target each goal. SNAP customers who develop an Opportunity Plan as a result of the assessment, can be eligible to receive employment and training services from WorkSource Lane and other STEP Providers. EUGENE Office
